A steep rocky South facing hillsode together with long warm summer days and cool afternoon breezes have crafted the premium grapes for this Tempranillo. This rich, well- structured wine is medium bodied. It has aromas and flavors of cherry, plum and fig.
The firm tannins in this wine make it an excellent companion to stuffed roasted red peppers, Brazilian pork and bean stew and roasted lamb with red currant jelly.
